Visit museums and light up the night!
The Night of Museums. Date: 18 May 19:00 - 01:00
On Saturday, 18 May, museums are opening, free of charge, until late. From 19:00 to 01:00, you will have easy access to all of the current collections and exhibitions, together with concerts, workshops, guided tours and activities for all the family.
Check on transport recommendation to get to or go between the different museums.
At the Espai Mercè Sala
The Espai Mercè Sala is once again joining in with Museum Night this year and will open especially for the night of Saturday 18 May so that people can enjoy the exhibition “Cicatriu”, which shows how five women from the photography and writing workshop, run by Ventura Camacho, have captured moments from their daily lives and also written about experiences that have scarred them.

What is the Night of Museums?
The Night of Museums (CA) is a European initiative in which over 4,000 museums participate throughout Europe. This year, it is celebrating its fifteenth edition.
The programme includes over 80 centres located throughout Barcelona, Badalona, Cornellà, Esplugues, l’Hospitalet, Sant Adrià, Santa Coloma and Sant Joan Despí.
