With the aim of the International Day of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), the TMB Foundation is promoting an awareness-raising event open to the public. The activity, led by the association Rescue Life, aims to bring basic first aid knowledge closer to people in a practical, brief and accessible way.
Under the slogan Two minutes that can save a life, the initiative invites you to discover how to act in the event of a cardiac arrest, learning the essential concepts of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) available across the network.
- When: 16 October, from 12 pm to 6 pm
- Where: Universitat station (L2 concourse)
Come and learn CPR techniques in the metro!
The activity will take place in two time slots:
- From 12 pm to 1 pm, students in the first year of baccalaureate at Pérez Iborra School will take part in a dedicated session.
- From 1 pm to 6 pm, it will be open to all network users who would like to take part in short practical demonstrations.
